pkspp

It all started when Mas Singgih asked for my CV. He said it was for this new think tank he has with his influential friends. At that time I think, well ... OK! Why not! And yesterday was the launching of this new centre. It was in Sahid Jaya from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m., but I had to be on the venue around 8. The seminar was about regional election, the Depok case. So far, after several meetings, I’m the only female member. There were supposed to be us 3 out of 61 members (including Board of Advisory Members); but the other 2 never attended the meetings. In this male dominated environment, is female really that subordinate or maybe my male companion think that politics is certainly not for women. After all, I’m in for the secretary position with two (surprisingly) male assistants.
