lost XL reception

since i install my XL number to my iPhone 5, there is no 3G signal on my handset. the worst part, when i went to Singapore last weekend, there are no subtitute provider available on my handset. i think i should go to XL customer centre for any twitter conversations with @XLCare had come to no satisfaction.
